This property is set in a three-hectare estate, surrounded by groves of olive and orange trees and offering unrivalled views of the Atlas Mountains, there is a recently built earthen-walled Kasbah comprising 17 rooms and suites, all furnished and decorated in traditional Moroccan style allied with modern comfort.

Located 30 minutes from the airport, Jemaa-el-Fna square and the Koutoubia, well away from the madding crowds of Marrakesh and just at the foot of the Ourika Valley – guests appreciate the peace and serenity of the surroundings, the fresh air and the friendly, family atmosphere.

The rooms come with air conditioning, a large bed for 2 people, bathrooms with shower. These Rooms are nearly identical, changes only the decoration but retains a traditional look.

The ‘Iza’ snack bar is on the patio facing the swimming pool and gardens – perfect for breakfast and aperitifs, and for the grills and salads served at midday.
