General Information
Novotel Al Dana is an international class resort that combines traditionally-elegant Arabic architecture with a modern touch. This deluxe resort is located in the heart of the Kingdom's diplomatic and business area, stands along the Sheikh Hamad Causeway,close to the National Museum, only 5 minutes away from the airport, and 20 minutes from the road link to Saudi Arabia.
Rooms
Each of the hotel's rooms and suites is elegantly appointed to create spacious yet cosy confines, with equally dramatic views, either of the beachfront and the sparkling waters of Arabian gulf or of the inviting poolside and lush courtyard. The rooms come with a private en suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer as well as a direct dial telephone, a satellite/ cable TV, a radio and Internet access. There is also a mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set. A double or king-size bed, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, a safe and either a balcony or terrace are also provided as standard. Rooms are all large in size and are kept cool with the stone and marble which dominates their design. All rooms have balconies, many with stunning views. Rooms are Arabic in design and are quiet and in very good condition as are the bathrooms. Please note that this hotel does NOT have twin bedded rooms - i.e. bedrooms for 2 people with split beds. Only large double beds are available with an extra bed in the lounge.
Lobby
The small lobby is located up a few steps at the entrance to the resort. There is also a small concierge. Buggies are on hand to drive guests to their rooms.
Exterior
Built in traditional Bahraini style architecture, this property consists of numerous brown castle like buildings - the centre piece being the large swimming pool, pool bar, leisure facilities and private beach. As this is all low rise there is a spacious feel to the resort.

AL YACOUT - A Moroccan style set menu accompanied by live entertainment such as belly dancer, pianist ,oriental singer. LA PERLE - Seafood buffet 7 day per week with special sushi theme night on Thursdays.Located at the edge of Novotel beach with panoramic sea view. ZYTOUN - An mediterranean buffet restaurant which serves variety of food with Fridays Brunch and theme nights. LE BELLEVUE - A relaxed yet elegant bar offering one of the most stunning views of the sea and city skyline. Light live music in the evenings. A great place to rendezvous as the sun sets and where the movers and shakers of Bahraini society meet. POOL & CABANA BEACH.
