Bue Marine Residence is created in June 2017, located near Shkembi i Kavajes, Durres.
Its beginnings were with the accommodation of clients with apartments, beach chairs ,bar and restaurant.
In June of 2018 Blue Marine Residence adds some new services

The hotel is 8 floors ,6 floors are hotel service and the first floor is the restaurant, reception and bar.

• 2 Modern restaurants with European and traditional cuisine for 200 people in total
• 23 Downstairs Studio (low cost rooms) which are near the sea
• 200 accommodations in the hotel and casual customer’s Beach chairs
• Parking for over 50 vehicles
Blue Marine Residence will have a staff of over 40 people who will perform and collaborate on the success of their work and progress. Our motto is:
