Hotel Puntijar is a 4* boutique hotel museum, opened in July 2013., located in Zagreb in the residential area Gracani, only 5 minute drive from city center.
From generation to generation family Puntijar was devoted to promotion of local heritage and culture through preparation of traditional Croatian recipes. Each room has a different and unique decoration. The furniture was carefully selected and then restaurated. Although a lot of objects and pictures in the hotel are a part of family heritage, the furniture was collected from various parts of Croatia but mostly in Zagreb. Originating from different historical epochs the furniture reflects several artistic styles, from renaissance, baroque, neo-baroque, rococo to secession giving each room its own charm thus making the hotel a timeless venue. It is not only the interior that makes the rooms unique, but also the name they carry. Named after family members, Croatian kings but also Saints each room in the hotel also carefully guards the memory of them.
Guests should note that local city tax is not included in the rate booked. This will be charged directly to guests by the hotel and payable at check in/out.
