There is wireless internet-connection in the cottage, rate 15 €/week. High standard log cottage identical to cottage no. 7588, these being neighbours. There is no other cottages near. Slope to shore. Owner can heat the hot pot upon request. Excellent view to Ruunavesi (Lake Saimaa). All floor surfaces are inside the stone (tiled) and as a form of heating is underfloor heating. Fireplace brings warmth and cosy atmosphere in living room . Information about fishing in the cottage, additionally separate place for fish processing and grill hut. Owner hires out outboard motors (4 hp) for rowing boats and fishing boats (with steering control, electric start and sonar). Moose (elk) and small game hunting possible (note licences). In the area there are marked nature trail, campfire sites, observation deck and lean-to for 10 persons, maps in the cottage. Nature trails, cross country skiing tracks, sledding hill and campfire sites in the area are in the guests free use. On opposite shore to cottage approx. 500 m away is Hyväsalmi road bridge.
