Sauna (electric stove), bathroom with shower, WC and dressing room. Outbuilding built 2004, 16 m², 2 beds, electric heating and electric light, woodshed. Separate sauna in the cottage yard (it is not a lakeside sauna) with wooden stove, dressing room (no shower). Water has to be carried from the main cottage, no electricity. Traditional so-called “grandmother’s cottage” with grassed yard/garden. Plot covers 2000 m². Main road no. 4474 is 25 m away, with spruce hedge between road and cottage. Swimming shore is public, a second swimming shore on the River Nykälänjoki 0.5 km. Outbuilding for summer use only.
