Level, grassed, ver well maitained yard area; plot has roofed grill, no neighbours visible. A long solid earth jetty on the shore. Lake Pieni-Ruokovesi has canal connection with Lake Ala-Ruokovesi; both lakes have good zander stocks. Canal area is about 350 m long, distance from the cottage about 50 m.
