Many ingredients used in the restaurant are locally sourced and the menu changes regularly depending on the availability and season of the fresh local produce.ExteriorThis is a newly built modern hotel and the exterior of glass fronting and sand coloured render reflects this. It is set over 5 floors and is clearly visible from the roadside.LobbyThe lobby is large and impressive with a dark marble floor and grand chandeliers dominating the entrance. There is limited seating but there is a small coffee bar off to the side of the reception desk.
