The reception is open Mon-Fri from 09.00 to 20.00 hrs, Sat 09.00-17.00 Sun closed. Check-in times are from 13.00 hrs onwards and check-out by 11.00 hrs.

Please note that arrivals after 22.00 are subject to a 15 EUR late check-in fee.
The apartments are located in the city centre at 75 Dietla Street, but you must come first to the reception which is located at 34 Rynek Glowny, 31-010, Krakow.
** Please note, that a credit card or a cash deposit of 50 EUR per person (min 150 EUR per apartment) is required upon check-in. This deposit is to cover possible damages or losses during the stay, and will be returned upon departure. **
