TerrazaMar SunSuite has 306 double apartments (10 of them equipped for handicapped), each of approx. 80 m2, whereof 40 m2 are terraces to enable you to fully enjoy our enviable climate. TerrazaMar SunSuite is lying half way up the hill on the sunny side of the valley of Puerto Rico and is built in terraces in order to allow a splendid panorama-view over the whole area. The complex is about 300 m. from the shopping centre with an ecumenical church (in construction), medical centers, tourist information office, sports installations and an aqua park near by. 200 m. away you will find a bus stop from where you can go by regular buses to, for instance, Las Palmas (70 km.), the airport of Gran Canaria (50 km.), Maspalomas or charming little villages in the interior of the island. The famous beach of Puerto Rico is about 1200 m. from the complex, and here you may practice all kinds of water sports or take part in exciting boat excursions.
