Sun Tropical-Island Resort is ideally situated in the tourist friendly Playa Blanca, on the island of Lanzarote. There is a beach within walking distance of the Sun Tropical-Island Resort and Papagayo beach - one of the most attractive on the island - is less than a mile away and offers a range of watersports and is home to a dive centre. There is a shopping centre just 300 metres from the resort and it is half a mile from the bus station. Arrecife, Lanzarote's capital, is 35 miles away and there is a regular hourly bus service.
The property is a popular choice with families traveling with children due to the entertainment options which include a kindergarten, a kids club and a playground. Whilst the little ones are being well looked after adults can make full use of the thalassotherapy spa and enjoy a massage, a soak in the Turkish bath or sweat it out in the sauna. There are five swimming pools and plenty of sporting activities at the Sun Island or you can hire a bike and explore the resort of Playa Blanca. The onsite restaurant, bars and supermarket will cater for all your food and drink requirements and there is a selection of restaurants with varied international menus available in the surrounding area.

**ALL INCLUSIVE**
MEALS A continental buffet breakfast with, coffee, tea, herbal teas and juices is served between 8.00 - 10.00. Lunch buffet with, juices, soft drinks, beer and wine is available between 13.00 - 15.00, and an international buffet dinner with, juices, soft drinks, beer and wine is served between 18.30 - 21.00. One dinner per week and per person in one of the theme restaurants (Restaurant Pizzeria/Restaurant Tapas), mandatory prior reservation at reception.
BARS The Pool Bar is open between 10.00 - 18.00, Night Bar, 'The Tavern' is open between 19.00 - 00.00, Bar The Tent is open between 20.00 - 00.00, and the Grill-Pool-Bar Chicken Shack is open between 10.00 - 19.00 (serving a warm buffet from 11.30 to 16.30 and cold sandwiches from 16.30 - 18.00).
