The 5-star EME Catedral is a luxurious hotel with outstanding stylish features, high quality amenities and distinct attention to detail.

Location
It is located next to the Seville Cathedral and Giralda bell tower and close to the main shopping streets of the city. Guests are also in a prime location to visit the Plaza de Espana and the Parque de Maria Luisa.

Exterior
The cream coloured 3-storey hotel topped by terraces is built in the traditional Spanish town house style and features iron faux balconies.

Leisure Facilities
The hotel has terraces on several levels, each offering a great place to socialise and take in the panoramic views of the magnificent architecture in the city. The DESPACIO spa and wellness facility offers a gym and a range of luxury therapeutic treatments and beauty services. The spa contains a hydrotherapy pool, an ice fountain, a Hamman bath with waterfall feature is designed to relax and invigorate muscles. The spa's Turkish bath has a chromo therapy installation which rotates colours and intensity to inspire a sense of calm.

Standard rooms have a contemporary design and high quality light brown wooden furniture. The stylish surroundings extend to the amenities which include a Bang and Olufsen plasma TV with satellite channels, a stereo system, air-conditioning and hairdryer. Bathrooms contain either a bath or shower with rain shower effect. Some rooms have balcony doors opening onto an iron faux balcony.

Restaurant and bar
The hotel offers five restaurants and bars. The Santo restaurant is managed by award winning chef Martin Berasategui and serves dishes traditional to the south of Spain with added Cantabrian essence. Designed with glass floors, it displays a visually arresting collection of roman ruins underneath the foundations of the hotel. A selection of wines and cocktails are available. La Terraza restaurant is situated on one of the rooftop terraces and opens during mild weather. A good quality set menu, electro music and cocktails made the eatery stand out as fun and trendy. The Milagritos tapas bar is decorated in a traditional Seville style and serves Andalusian cuisine and hosts weekend flamengo shows, which make for an entertaining visit. Guests can have a relaxed drink in the Santo Copos bar and lounge, which has an impressive wall display of fine wines and champagnes and an ice cool decor. Alternatively they can try 20 Pasos, a trendy cafe that offers coffee and a variety of light dishes, situated on the ground floor it offers a street side terrace.
